Product Description DENSTONE MOLDING PLASTER MODEL 3 - HARD. 1100 KG/CM² 1000 GR - 1 YELLOW COLOR. Used in mold and model designs. It has a very strong structure and does not deform. Provides a smooth surface, optimum durability, low expansion and fast hardening. Withstands 1100 kg of pressure per CM². Application at 20 degrees Celsius room temperature is recommended. Mixing ratio: 100 gr. DENSTONE plaster powder to 20-22 ml of water. Let it steep for 30 seconds. Then start mixing. Hand mixing time is 1.5 minutes, machine mixing time is 1 minute. After 4 minutes, it can be poured into the mold. It starts to harden after 5 minutes. It hardens in 30 minutes, and the hardening rate increases over time. Hardening strength after 1 hour: 150 kg per cm². Reaches 250 kg after 2 hours and 900 kg after 24 hours. The final hardening strength is 1100 kg. Expansion rate is 0.12%. Please keep the bag closed to prevent the plaster powder from absorbing moisture.
